Damn, October felt like it went for fucking ever. Of course I've been stuck in a house hopping on one foot. Hopefully that'll change soon, or at least before Thanksgiving. I want to walk before Thanksgiving.

    wow....

I've been looking forward to this month in hopes my nausea goes away. So far not yet, but we will see.

This Thursday is my next appointment and I'm in week 14. I hope I get a picture so I can bond with the kid more! We shall see!

Ray, glad to hear things are going well and I hope things begin to improve with the nausea soon.

Hard to believe we're already into November...the years just seem to go by faster the older you get. I'm just getting used to writing "09" on my checks and it's almost time to start writing "10"

    Checks? Who writes checks anymore?
Also cant believe it's Nov already. this year has flown by.
Today kinda sucks as I pinched the sciatic nerve yesterday so sleep last night was restless and walking today is not fun.

It felt like, for me, that October only lasted 2 days. I wish things would just slow down for a bit.

We celebrated our one year anniversary yesterday Man did that fly by. We saved the top of our cake, and it was surprisingly good.

wow Julie that did fly by!

I write checks all the time, but I prefer this. I also balance my checkbook the old fashion way since I have still found errors with the bank and just watching my stuff online wasn't enough.

I've gotten to the point where I hate writing checks, I love paying my bills on line....especially that I can pay everything for a large chunk of time but each bill still coming out of my account only when necessary.

I pay for everything online too, except for my car payment. Because I hope to eventually have the money to pay more than the cost of the monthly bill so I don't end up paying so much interest in the end.

I always seem to get stuck behind people paying with checks in Target or the grocery store. It's so infuriating, lol.

I guess I feel I have more control when writing the check. I also only get paid once a month so I take a day and write out all my checks so my bills are all done in 1 day, which is nice.

Most of mine aren't set up for automatic deduction which means I can control how much is sent to the company each month. Definitely helps for situations like your car payment.

It actually makes things pretty easy. I have all my bills due by the 10th and get paid the last day of the month. So I just pay every single bill and then I leave the rest for play money for the month. Actually I don't even use all the play money - The 2nd to last day of the month I put any extra I have towards bills to pay them down.

As of today 3 accounts are closed and only 1 to go! Soon all we will have is 1 school and 1 car loan

If I didn't have automatic deduction, I'd forget! Haha. I have post-its & all my calendars marked so I remember to pay my car loan each month since that's the only non-automatic bill I have to pay.

I only get paid once a month too. It's fine once you get used to it, but it did take a few months to adjust to it. I pay everything online. I only write maybe 1 check a month for something random. Sometimes I pay my nail lady with a check because she doesn't take credit cards. I used to go through checkbooks like crazy. Now it seems like 1 lasts almost a year.

Woooooo. Things are looking up. Even though there's still a small drainage problem from the wound, the doctor really likes the way it's healing. If there's no drainage from the wound next Tuesday, I'll be able to walk out of the doctors appointment. I can't wait.

Grrrrrrr. If it's not one problem it's another. Now I have to send in my laptop because the optical reader isn't working. Can't import CDs, I have no sound. Damn. Good thing I'm covered under warranty.
